• political, administrative and management bodies with information on responsibilities;
• structure and organization of the offices with the responsible managers’ names;
• list of telephone numbers, institutional e-mail and certified e-mail;
• penalties for non-disclosure or incomplete disclosure of data.

Struttura organizzativa
(articolo 10, comma 1, del d.P.R. 186/2020)
L’Agenzia si articola in quattro aree, ognuna corrispondente a una struttura di livello dirigenziale non generale così individuate:
a) attività operative;
b) infrastrutture osservative e informatiche, anche con funzioni di ufficio per la transizione digitale di cui all’articolo 17, comma 1-sexies, del decreto legislativo 7 marzo 2005, n. 82;
c) ricerca e sviluppo;
d) amministrazione, personale, comunicazione e formazione.
