Premises and modalities of data processing
The processing operations connected to the web services offered by the Agency’s website take place at the offices of the Data Controller and the Data Processor and are carried out only by technical staff authorised to process the data.
No data obtained from the service is disclosed.
The personal data provided by users who access the telematic services of the ItaliaMeteo Agency are used for the sole purpose of using the service itself and are not communicated to third parties.
Personal data are processed by automated tools for the period of time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected.
The Agency implements appropriate measures to ensure that your personal data are processed appropriately and in compliance with the purposes for which they are managed. The Agenzia ItaliaMeteo implements suitable organisational, technical and physical security measures to protect information against alteration, destruction, loss, theft and improper or illegitimate use.

Data recipients
The personal data collected are processed by specially authorised personnel of the Agency, operating on the basis of specific instructions provided as to the purposes and methods of processing, in compliance with EU Reg. 679/2016. The Agency may be assisted in the performance of such activities by external companies, consultants, suppliers of software and web platform development and maintenance services, technology partners & web hosting appointed as Data Processors pursuant to Article 28 of the Regulation and operating, through identified and appointed staff, to ensure the highest possible data security. Personal data may be disclosed to public bodies or the judicial authorities, if required by law or by order of the judicial authority, to prevent or prosecute a crime.
The Agency does not transfer any personal data to third countries or international organisations.

Rights of the data subject
At any time you may exercise the right to request access to your personal data, rectification of inaccurate data, integration of incomplete data, pursuant to and within the limits of Articles 15 and 16 of the GDPR. Furthermore, in cases and for the reasons determined by law, in particular Articles 18 and 21 of the GDPR, you may request the restriction of the processing of your data and you may exercise your right to object to the processing.
